  • Oct 01,  · Sam's Town is nearly perfect, from beginning to end. I actually prefer it to Hot Fuss, which is also fantastic. And it's really made for vinyl, in terms of tracklisting. As for audio quality, it's a little hyped in the treble, but I'm not sure if that's specific just to this pressing or if it's how it is/5(K).

  • Feb 15,  · I have just referenced two extraordinary songs. There are others. Such magic is hard to find. To me, it's not important what The Killers were like before and after "Sam's Town." I'll leave that to others, as I am not an expert on this band. However, I do love this record/5().
  • Sep 18,  · Sam's Town doesn't deserve any other word than "perfect" when being described. Simply the greatest sophomore album ever made, also my favourite record of all time. Right after the global phenomena that was Hot Fuss, no one (i think) was expecting that The Killers were ever going to top it%(18).
